Wow, so I finally found out a way to make this account work properly. It's url used to be -pink, which stopped working with DA's DNS back in 2008/2009. So here I am, ten years later, having finally realized I could pay for Core and that would let me change it. And you know, that got around DA's support ignoring my questions about it. But yep.
